2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Paradaq website, waitlist registration, Paradaq mobile app for iOS and Android, and related services.
3. Pre-launch status
Paradaq is currently in development/private beta. Features, launch timelines, and roadmap items may change.
4. Waitlist and email updates
By joining the waitlist, you request transactional waitlist and early-access emails about your request. Optional newsletter and marketing emails require separate consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Plans, subscriptions, and paid features
Paradaq may offer a free plan and paid plans such as Paradaq Pro. The purchase screen describes the features included with each plan before checkout. Current Paradaq Pro messaging may include unlimited AI analysis, Voice to Inbox, offline model tools, priority Pro feature access, and priority first-level support. Plan names, included features, usage limits, and availability may change prospectively where permitted by law.
Paid subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play using RevenueCat as the subscription infrastructure provider. Prices, currencies, taxes, trials, discounts, billing periods, and final checkout terms are shown by the applicable platform store at purchase time. If store information differs from text on the website or in the app, the store checkout controls the purchase transaction.
Paradaq currently presents monthly and yearly billing choices where available. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless you cancel through your App Store or Google Play account before the platform store deadline. Cancellation stops future renewal; access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period unless the platform store or applicable law provides otherwise.
You can use the in-app Manage subscription action to open the native App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You can use Restore purchases to reconnect an active store subscription to your Paradaq account or device. Refund requests and refund decisions are handled by Apple or Google under their platform store policies, except where mandatory law requires another process.
For purchase, billing, plan access, or restore-purchase support, contact info@paradaq.com and include the email address used for your Paradaq account plus the platform store involved. Platform store terms also apply to purchases, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds.
6. EU consumer withdrawal and digital services
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded. For paid digital services or digital content, you may be asked during checkout or account use to agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and to acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost or limited once the digital service has been fully performed or digital content has been supplied as permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Where a platform store processes the purchase, any withdrawal, refund, or cancellation request may need to be submitted through the platform store process. You may also contact info@paradaq.com for support.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated extraction results are suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for review and confirmation before use.
Content you submit for extraction may be processed by AI and cloud infrastructure providers used to operate Paradaq.
Professional EU users who process client or work content can review the self-serve DPA position, role analysis, subprocessors, and transfer safeguards on the DPA and subprocessor page.
8. User content and third-party rights
You are responsible for the content you upload, paste, record, or otherwise submit to Paradaq. If you submit third-party or client content, including screenshots, messages, documents, names, contact details, or calendar information, you must have the necessary rights or other legal basis to upload and process that content through Paradaq.
Do not submit health, legal, financial, children's, confidential, or other sensitive third-party data unless doing so is lawful and appropriate for your use of the service.
9. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use.
- No abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to compromise service security.
- No harmful or illegal content submissions.
10. Intellectual property
App and website software, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for slight negligence and excluded for indirect/consequential losses.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding CISG. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
